| Bacony, eggy and glistening with cheesy goodness! |
Ok so I'm trying something new by making something out of the ordinary for either breakfast, lunch or dinner for us. These Bacon, Egg & Cheese Muffins are the perfect start for my weekly recipe experiment and a perfect combination of ingredients for a grab-n-go breakfast item. I set one in front of Jackson and Savannah and they polished them off with ease! They are perfect for making and freezing or just making to see how fast they cam be eaten. I highly recommend visiting Cheeseslave's website ( Bacon, Egg and Cheese Muffins ) and trying this 20 minute (my time) delight. It is a great blog with food info, recipes and monthly drawings for foodies! BTW, I think you'll be seeing more of my experimenting from this site's recipes!
